Refund Policy

RobinHood Roofing LLC is committed to providing transparent and professional roofing services to all our valued customers. This Refund Policy is established to clearly outline the terms and conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

3-Day Right of Rescission

In compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws, RobinHood Roofing LLC provides all customers with a 3-day right of rescission. This means that customers may cancel their agreement with us for any reason within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed without penalty or obligation.

To exercise your right of rescission, you must provide a written notice of cancellation to RobinHood Roofing LLC within the 3-day period. The notice must be delivered via email, certified mail, or in person to ensure proper documentation and timely processing.

Refunds After the 3-Day Right of Rescission Period

After the 3-day right of rescission period has expired, RobinHood Roofing LLC strictly enforces a no-refund policy. This policy applies to all deposits, payments, and fees associated with services rendered, materials ordered, or work commenced.

Once the rescission period has lapsed, all payments made by the customer are deemed final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Deposits: Any initial deposits or down payments made to secure services, materials, or project scheduling.

  2. Progress Payments: Payments made in accordance with project milestones or work completed.

  3. Full Payments: Payments made in full for services, materials, or labor.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accountability for both parties, as significant resources are allocated once a project is contracted, including but not limited to:

  • Procurement of materials specific to the project.

  • Scheduling of labor and equipment.

  • Administrative and operational planning.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are explicitly non-refundable under all conditions:

  • Custom Orders: Materials or products that are custom-ordered or specifically tailored to the customer’s project.

  • Completed Work: Any roofing services or installations that have been completed in part or in full.

  • Labor Costs: Labor associated with inspections, consultations, or work commenced.

  • Permits and Fees: Any fees incurred for permits, licenses, or third-party services required for the project.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

RobinHood Roofing LLC will not issue refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their contract, scope of work, and project details prior to signing the agreement.

In the rare event of an error or oversight on the part of RobinHood Roofing LLC, we will work diligently to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Customer Acknowledgment

By signing a contract with RobinHood Roofing LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety.

  2. You agree to the terms of the 3-day right of rescission and understand that no refunds will be issued after this period.

  3. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that the services contracted meet your expectations prior to the rescission period’s expiration.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payments or refunds, RobinHood Roofing LLC requires that both parties engage in good faith efforts to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Changes to This Policy

RobinHood Roofing LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
