1. Services Provided

RobinHood Roofing LLC provides professional roofing services, including but not limited to inspections, repairs, replacements, and new construction. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Free Consultations and Quotes

  • We offer free in-home consultations and quotes to homeowners within our service area.

  • Homeowners must allocate 45 to 1.5 hours for the consultation.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance to avoid delays in service.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is transparent and provided upfront during the consultation. We operate on a no-haggle business model to ensure fairness.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.

  • Financing options are available with APR-based plans ranging from 5 to 15 years, with interest rates between 0% and 24.99%.

4. Project Timelines

  • Most projects are scheduled within 7 to 21 days from the time of sale. Most projects are installed within 1 to 3 days. Timelines may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, material availability, and project complexity.

  • RobinHood Roofing LLC will communicate any changes to the agreed timeline promptly.

5. Warranties

  • We use roofing materials from trusted manufacturers such as GAF, Owens Corning, IKO, and others that offer their own warranties that offer various ranges of years of coverage.

  • Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, with prompt, professional, and courteous service.

  • Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms and conditions, which will be provided upon request.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, customers agree to:

  • Provide access to the property for inspections and project execution.

  • Be present during scheduled consultations and inspections or notify us in advance if unavailable.

  • Address any pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural issues) that may affect the project.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their project agreement within 3 business days of signing the contract without penalty. Cancellations outside of the allotted three (3) day recission period may result in up to a 50% fee of contract price.

  • Refunds for deposits or payments will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may incur additional fees.

8. Liability

  • RobinHood Roofing LLC is fully licensed and insured, ensuring protection for both our team and customers.

  • While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damages unrelated to our work.

  • Unauthorized use of our website or its content is prohibited, including but not limited to copying, distributing, or modifying materials without written consent.
